1. Agreement

By downloading or using Aegis, you agree to these terms and any applicable platform terms, including Apple's standard app license terms where applicable.

2. Product scope

Aegis provides an AI terminal interface with on-device, local, and optional cloud model routing. Features may evolve as the product develops.

3. Cloud providers

If you enable cloud model sources, requests may be processed by third-party providers under their own terms and policies. You control whether cloud sources are enabled.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use Aegis for unlawful activity
• Do not attempt to bypass security controls or abuse hosted services
• Comply with third-party provider terms when using delegated cloud models

5. Warranty and liability

Aegis is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, Aegis is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
